Is Yorba free?

  • Yorba’s Guest Pass is free and includes:

    • Unlimited inbox connections

    • An initial scan with 3 months of scan history

    • Up to 5 unsubscribes per month

    • Manual account deletion

    No card is required to start.

    If you want unlimited unsubscribes, the option to connect your card and track paid subscriptions, active monitoring, smart deletion suggestions, and deep scan history (up to 20 years), you’ll need a Premium plan—either quarterly or annual. Please see the details here.

    Your data is never sold, no matter which plan you choose. And we offer total privacy, lean data practices, and an ad-free experience for all plans.


Why didn’t my upgrade go through?

  • While it doesn’t happen often, sometimes upgrades fail due to a lack of internet connection or other technical issues. If you tried to upgrade to Premium but it didn’t work, email us at [email protected] or reach out via chat, and we’ll look into it right away.


How can I cancel my premium plan?

  • We are sorry to see you go. We are a small company, and right now, the only way to cancel your premium plan is to email us at y[email protected] or reach out via chat.

  • Keep in mind that deleting your data and account currently doesn’t cancel your subscription. We are working on connecting these two actions, but if you got charged after deleting your account, shoot us an email at [email protected] or reach out via chat, and we’ll look into it right away.


I paid for Premium, but Yorba can’t connect to my bank. Can I get a refund?

Yes. Please reach out to us at [email protected] and we’ll help you sort it out.
We’re sorry—that shouldn’t happen often. Yorba uses Plaid (the same data network trusted by apps like Venmo, Sofi, and Acorns), and we’ve been actively passing on feedback to help prioritize support for banks our members use most.
